Religious Education Program

Letter to parents 2023-24

Welcome letter 2023-24

The purpose of our Religious Education Program is faith formation - the ongoing development of the whole person into the image and likeness of Jesus Christ.  All Catholics are on the journey of faith formation beginning in the waters of Baptism and ending with eternal life with Jesus in heaven. Our Religious Education Program strives to provide a solid foundation in our faith, age-appropriate to the students in our program. Students of public schools are encouraged to begin Religious Education classes in the first grade.

Please fill out the registration form with the grade level your child will be attending this fall.

First Penance (grade 2) and First Holy Communion (grade 3) participants who have not been baptized at St. Julia Church must provide a Baptismal certificate copy at the time of registration. Failure to do so will keep your child from receiving their sacraments.

The following fee schedule applies for students:
  • $25.00 one child
  • $45.00 two children
  • $50.00 three or more children in one family
We offer classes for preschool through grade 8. Our high school students will attend religious education at our partner parish St. Jude.
